One thing I like about the roster is that Hurdle couldn't field a weak lineup if he tried. (And he's tried too many times in other years.) Let's hope this is a breakthrough game for Keller.

This game might be a bit different if Marquez had his binocular on his head so he could call a high strike for Keller.

Nice outing by Feliz. Keller was victimized by poor defense (including his own). But 2 ER in 5 IP and 6 Ks was a step up for him.

I took in the game tonight. Great experience and atmosphere. But sheesh...could you script a more typical Pirates game? Kick the ball all over the infield. Mental error that cost the game. And do just enough to make things interesting in the eighth and ninth before choking.
