While I was encouraged that Del Bozo Pozo lowered his ERA from infinity to a crisp 54.00, I feel compelled to give my vote to Trevor Williams.
Yes, he lowered his ERA. From 7.36 to 5.40.
Yes, he had his longest outing so far. 4.2 innings.
And he only gave up 2 ERs. But the 3rd run he gave up was on his wild throw into RF. So he was responsible for 3 runs in less than 5 innings for a team that isn't going to score much. This is our No. 2 guy. And so far in 2 starts he has pitched like No. 2.
