Does Hoy Park need to be added to the 40 man roster? I think he does need to be added, so someone must be designated or added to the 60 day IL.

after the deals I only count 38 on current 40 man plus Brault, Cahill, Soriano and Cederling on 60 day IL

Yes, Frazier and Rodriguez came off to open 2 slots.
