Left early, our seats were just right there baking in the sun. I could hang, but too much to ask of Mister Man. Even with sunscreen big sunburn chance.

Now I see weather is approaching and we really need Crick to keep the lead

Too bad he couldn't go 5
Yeah, but Crowe tends to blow up sometimes. Maybe Shelton had a feeling Crowe was ready to implode. But this is what is odd about Shelton. He may have felt that he needed to pull Crowe right then and there for the best chance of winning the game. And yet he routinely makes head scratching lineups with little or no chance to win games. It's as if he wants to win some games and doesn't care about others.
Crowe was really working. He's never gone very far with the pitch counts getting up there really quick.

Just like Doc said about Kuhl, Crowe needs to pick up the pace. Man it's like watching teeth getting pulled with him

Once again Crick cannot throw strikes. He's now up to 18 walks in 23 innings. I'm so sick of this guy.

Now that the Bucs have fallen behind, this game really had "Why wasn't Gamel in the lineup?" written all over it early in the game.

Couldn't have come at a worse time to fall behind. Games official, and Crick hosed it up

At least we waited to give up the lead before he got yanked

I can't imagine any other MLB team wanting Crick, much less rely on him the way the Pirates do, but I hope he gets dealt at the TDL. But that's probably too much to hope for.

Crick has now walked at least 1 batter in 15 of 26 appearances (58%). It's the third time has has walked 2 batters, each time in 1 inning or less.

He won't get dealt, nobody would want him. They will release him after the season in order to make space to protect the younger players from the Rule 5 Draft.
