That was a weak AB for Bae. His bobbing up and down at the plate earned him that called strike three. Tough for the umpire to see where the top of the zone is when you're constantly moving around like that.

That's precisely what it was. The umps don't have the benefit of the box that we see on TV. no way to determine where the top of the zone is when Bae is jumping up and down like that.
