Trevor Williams top 10 NL ERA

Williams seemed like a dude that was streaky. Came out of the game strong ... struggled a bit and then had turned it on as of late. I'm guarded in my optimism here. I want to believe this is sustainable. If so, our rotation next year looks pretty good.

Last night I said to my wife (who's an rabid fan like the rest of us) that he is reminiscent of Greg Maddux. Other than a SSS, tell me I'm wrong. There is nothing sexy about his stuff, but he gets a lot of bad swings.

good to see Bucco fans and the league start to take note of the guy

would be nice for him to have a few Kyle Hendricks type years.

Maybe at this time next year other teams will be saying "maybe we can come up with a Trevor Williams for our pitching staff."
