Meadows seems to have it. I would ride that train a long while knowing there will be some growing pains. I would keep him up and find a taker for Polanco.

Yea it’s gonna be hard for Hurdle and the brain trust to not keep Meadows in the lineup after what he has done the last week or so. Especially since you still are leading the race for a 2nd wildcard spot now despite this terrible last week of going 2-5 against both the Padres and the Reds. Plus, you got two huge series at home this weekend against both the Cards and Cubs where you need to win these games. You gotta keep Meadows up and in the lineup end of story.

I haven't heard that Marte is close to returning. Latest report I saw was that he's begun running bases but no other baseball activity. That means more time for Meadows.
