if someone doesn't decide to trade for him, can't he be sent to Indy?

Yes. Someone might take a chance on a former 1st round pick. If not he can be outrighted to Indy.

None of us saw that one coming, at least that I recall anyone stating on board.

Per the post-Gazette:

It’s another bit of tough news for Swaggerty and his family, as Travis recently announced his wife, Peyton, had been diagnosed with a blood disease after an attack by a rabid raccoon. Peyton Swaggerty had previously battled thyroid cancer amid the family’s lengthy list of health problems.

Meanwhile, Swaggerty has been limited this year by migraines. That family needs a break.

In our sometimes unreasonableness as fans, it's easy to forget that these guys also have regular lives like us. Seems like an awful lot to be thrown at two very young people. I hope their resilience carries them back to normal soon.

My dad suffered from them and they’d cripple him for hours. For those of us who don’t get them it’s hard to understand what those inflicted by them are going through.

I used to get migraines. Once you feel it coming on, there's nothing you can do. There are meds but they never work well. All I could do was lay still in a quiet, dark room for hours with my head pounding and hope not to throw up. Thankfully, I don't get them anymore.

Glad you don’t get them anymore. I don’t know what they’re like but I saw my dad up close with them and I know they’re debilitating.
