Oops, now Smoker walks a batter.

If he can get one or two more on base Glasnow will be given the opportunity to clean the mess up.

BP has surrendered 9 runs since Brault was needlessly removed.

95>86. Now we are only 1 1/2 games ahead of the Reds for last place.

No problem - smoker cleans his own mess up.

Neverauskas has to go. He has been up three or four times in the past two years with no success. Get rid of him and open a roster spot for someone else.

The Dodgers scored 17 runs in first game of series and didn't come close to that in the two remaining games.

could the new strategy be: get hammered in first game and lull opponent to sleep?

This game certainly isn't making the statement that the Bucs are ready to compete for playoffs the rest of this season.

I wonder what Tom Petty song will be blaring in club house after the game?

They can release Smoker as well. He is just as bad as Neverauskas. By the end of the weekend they will be in last place behind the Reds. What a shame!

How many posters believed the Pirates would still be in a race post 4th of July?

Glasnow warming.   We may be looking at giving up 17 again depending on if it's Jekyll or Hyde

Not a chance. That would imply the Pirates have a plan. Trust me, there is NO plan.
