Someone needs to remind Block that getting into their pen early really isn't going to do much for tomorrow.

They get an extra player, and the games are only 7 innings

Brubaker gives up a leadoff hit, goes up 0-2 on Lindor, then throws 4 straight balls.

Howard up in the pen. It amazes me how often this happens. Do well through 5, can't get an out in the sixth.

They're leaving him in.

Gee, it's another Sam Howard walkathon. 2 walks and a K on a bad call by the ump on what should have been ball 4. And a HBP with bases loaded. Howard now has 21 walks in 29.2 innings.

He's not executing his pitches.
