Ben Gamel dfa By The Indians

Just saw that Ben Gamel was designated by the Indians. He may be worth a waiver claim. He probably would be better than some of our recent outfielders.

Some of our current outfielders, too. He's off to a Polanco-type start to this season so he'd fit right in here.

Some of our current outfielders, too. He's off to a Polanco-type start to this season so he'd fit right in here.
He's hitting .071. Last week Shelton had a cleanup hitter batting .050. Gamel would be a big improvement.

Pirates have claimed Gamel. They will try to get him to Pittsburgh for tomorrow. They have dfa Feliz, and recalled Hartlieb.

Ironically, Feliz hasn't pitched badly for them so far this year.

Agree .. especially when I see Frazier is now down to .032. I'm really excited to see Gamel added to this potent lineup.
