Castillo makes a diving catch at the warning track. (After being camped under the ball.) It wasn't pretty but it's still an out.

Cederlind shut down again.

Zach Thompson reminds me of Bob Walk on the mound. Similar build (altho 4 inches taller than Walk) and delivery.

Marlins first hit has an exit velocity of 31 mph, a squibber just to the right of Thompson...I swear I saw Rojas say to Chavis, "I'll take it"

Pirates striking out like mad after someone gets an extra base hit

Bucs have wasted a 1 out "triple" and a 1 out double.

Newman HBP, stolen base

Nope, Chavis flies out to left
offense has reverted back to sitting and waiting for 3 run HR's, we don't get them, looks pretty bad.
last night bit them in the butt when they didn't get in runs with men on third and second with one and no outs.
But, FWIW.....it's an issue throughout baseball. fortunate I have mlb tv and watch a lot of games, and you'd swear almost every team suffers the same way, lack of productive outs
