I find it interesting that now with a rain out, that Stallings and Difo are still not in the lineup.

Brubaker must be shaking his head. Why can't we have the (on paper mind you) strongest lineup with our (on paper mind you) best pitcher on the mound? You know, try and get the series lid lifter?

I guess when Shelty says you're in, you're in even if it means 3 days from now.

Not bad! 4 automatic outs in the line up and it is all Shelton's fault.

Maybe it's hoping he'll be an ASG alternate!! How awesome would that be, the third worst team in MLB having 3 all stars!!

Smith upset about the strike three call, and I posed this question before:

After a player goes nuts about a "bad" strike call, do they ever go back and apologize when they see they were wrong? Or thank the umpire for getting a gift ball 4?

Gamel lead off walk, and Nogowski rips a double to right...second and third no outs.

Fundamentals count: Taijuan Walker does his job backing up, saves a run on a wild throw from the outfield.

I'm just pointing it out because I love to see good fundamentals
