2023 Roster

After attending an amazing Greek wedding, I came home, put on my pajama bottoms and my Pirates t-shirt which has the 2013 off-season roster on the back. Yes, I attended our two playoff games against the Cards and bought it. Before heading downstairs to watch an Anthony Bourdain show on his trip to Peru, I read the roster to see who was still on the team. Only 3 players left: Harrison, Mercer, and Marte! I am not sure what was more startling, seeing the late, great Anthony Bourdain in Peru and Queens, brimming with life,apparently taking his life, or the realization just how quickly the Pirates turn over their roster...which raises the question: who will still be on our 2023 playoff raster? Meadows, Bell, Taillion? Somebody else??????
