2B Shackleford should be getting some notice at Indy. The guy just seems to be rounding out his hitting game.

Figured I'd watch a bit of the Indy game with the Pirates game over now. Kent Emanuel is pitching for the Indians. Never heard of him, but he wears #51, with good reason. He's a spitting image of Randy Johnson. The way he holds his glove, his windup, his delivery, plus he's left-handed. Now, I'm not saying he'll have a career like RJ, just that he looks and pitches like him. Honestly thought I was watching old highlights of him on Arizona (Indy's uniforms look kind of like Arizona's old unis).

BTW, neither Rodriguez nor Davis in the lineup today. Probably a regular Sunday day off.

They haven't wanted both Davis and Endy Rodriguez at AAA since they both catch. It's possible they will move Rodriguez around, plus there's the DH for one of them. But I think this move suggests Rodriquez will be called up shortly. After a brief slump he is now red hot, going 10 for 22 (.455) in his last 5 games.

Not a single bat to get excited about right now.
