First, people attempt to force feed me with this draft & develop stuff.

For years.

Here's the perfect example of a team that's done it.

You guys love young, lesser-paid players.

The minute they make bank, you change your tune.

All the Dodgers are.....is The Rays...just a little more experienced.  And, they've paid their dues.

The Dodgers keep almost everybody.  The Pirates don't keep ANYbody.

We hate selfish, greedy, incompetent, carpetbagging owners.  Then, there's one who isn't and we complain about THEM.

Owners who treat their players well financially aren't the problem. The problem's with owners like BOB, who won't.

I don't think many Pirates fans know WHAT they want anymore.  @@@@@@

Shed- How you coming along with that User's Guide?   :)))))

Good luck Gents!

I hate to brag but I've been spectacular throughout these playoffs.
Best team money can buy vs. small market - should be a good series

I have to admit I'm pulling for the Rays.

Me too ;D

A round of applause to our winner Doc as the Dodgers win in 6 games. He's a scholar, a gentleman, and a fine judge of good whisky.

Congrats Doc. I do not care about any of the traits that are listed above but one, a fine judge of whisky. After this horrendous year in Bucco baseball, I think I need to imbibe again. What says ye to Old Grand Bourbon?
