1. Erik Gonzalez (R) SS

2. Adam Frazier (L) LF

3. Ke'Bryan Hayes (R) 3B

4. Colin Moran (L) 1B

5. Josh Bell (S) DH

6. Bryan Reynolds (S) CF

7. Kevin Newman (R) 2B

8. Cole Tucker (S) RF

9. John Ryan Murphy (R) C

Cody Ponce (R) SP

Looks like Shelty doesn't want to tank in this first game. He has Bell at DH and Polanco riding the pine.

...and no Riddle. Of course this means the 2nd game lineup will be scary bad.

At this time this is probably the best lineup except that Stallings would be the catcher.

Yes, Riddle and Polanco will be in there for starters.

It was so nice of Joe Block to ask Walk to explain to us what it means when a pitcher "likes to go after the hitters." Then he informed us that Ponce has a positive attitude. Then he led Walk on an inning-long discussion of boat trips up the Mississippi. And he told us how nice it is in downtown Cincinnati. All of this in the first 2 innings. He is insufferable.

Why listen if you don't like the guy? Turn the volume off. There are a few things you can do. Unless they're running a contest or something. ;)

I usually switch over to radio if he's on TV. Didn't get around to it yet.
