Mitch Keller, Cole Tucker, Jason Martin and JT Brubaker were added. Anderson was traded to the A's for a PTBNL, who is not supposed to be much of a prospect.
Chad Kuhl and Edgar Santana will be placed on the 60-day DL at the beginning of the season, but there will still be 19 pitchers without them, so there's room to add a FA for RF or SS, though I'm not sure when they can sign them without an official 40-man spot.
Perhaps McRae is still unlikely to stay on the 40-man if the Bucs find someone just released that they'd like to grab. After all, NH says he wants another lefty reliever.
