Glad that Josh Bell was not traded last offseason

During the offseason especially when the Quintana rumors were strong Josh Bell's name kept coming up as a potential piece to that trade. I was hoping that the Pirates would not include him in a trade just due to his minor league history as well as his knowledge of the strike zone. There were members of the Pittsbugh media who wrote and said that they would include him if a deal was right. As of this date I am very pleased that the FO knew they had a very talented player and if the rumors were true decided to keep him. He is probably becoming the next face of this franchise.
