Watching the Yankees- Red Sox. Clay Holmes is in. It was mentioned that after going to the Yankees last July, he had 1.61 ERA in 25 games. Maybe their Pitching Coach is just a little better than ours
Holmes lasted 0.2 innings and gave up 3 hits and a run. That's the Holmes we know and love.

That was great but it was so unlike the rest of his professional career that it seems like a fluke.

I watched a Mets game a couple of days ago. Joey Cora is now their third base coach. At one point Ron Darling said that Joey has a reputation for being aggressive on the basepaths.
He has no idea.

Still remember him sending Moran who was running from second and looking like he had an anchor attached to his butt and was thrown out by 30 feet

and that was the fastest Moran ever ran.

Tony Watson is calling it a career. He was a big part of the Bucs bullpen in those three playoff seasons.

Chad Kuhl Pitched 6 shutout innings and only gave up 2 hits against a tough Phillies line-up last night. Not to worry, the bucs
have Mitch Keller and Brubaker
