The Pirates never had him. He was the player in trade talks between the Mets and SD. SD sent him to the Mets. In return, the Mets sent Endy Rodriguez to the Pirates so that the Pirates would send Musgrove to SD for a package of more players from SD. So the Pirates didn't actually have Lucchesi and flip him, nor did SD actually have Rodriguez and flip him. The 3 teams each worked out the players they would acquire from the others.
Those are some research skills!!
I agree. Thanks for the correction of my message.

You might want to wait another six weeks to see how he does in the 2022 Trade Deadline Prediction Contest.  :)

Is the answer “More than all the Pirates players combined?”

Cutch only had one grand slam with the Pirates. I believe it was in September of his last season in Pittsburgh.

In the same game Cutch hit his grand slam today, Josh Bell hit one for the Nationals.

Austin Meadows hits his 16th HR and drives in his 52nd run tonight. He’ll get at least one more at bat.

And most importantly, Gift Ngoepe hit one for Quebec.

"Gift Ngoepe s'offre un grand chelem dans la victoire de ce soir!"
