More games feasting on PIRATES pitching (and Shelton decisions) during away games. ((
You are probably right. In that ballpark 40 to 45 homers would be a strong possibility for Cutch.
Traded by the A's to the Pirates in September, 1970 for prospect Angel Mangual. Sold back to the A's in August, 1971. A 20-game winner, he went 145-119 in 14 major league seasons, and was 2-1 in the 1965 World Series against the Dodgers.

Josh Bell is currently batting .214 for the Nats.
Not only is Bell hurting the Nats with his bat but he's been batting behind Juan Soto and giving pitchers no reason to pitch to the Nats' best hitter. As a result. Soto is now 2nd in the NL in walks. He's only 4th on the Nats in hits and has only 8 HRs despite leading the team in OBP due to all the walks. So Bell is hurting his team with his own lack of hitting while also taking the bat out of the hands of the team's best hitter. The Nats are in last place in their division.
