Taillon had a tough day today. Four innings, 5 hits and 4 runs. He is 0-2 so far for the Yankees. I hope he can put some wins together because he has had a tough time with two Tommy John’s, and the cancer surgery a couple years ago.

I've been a Pirate fan since 1966. When the local kid Walker hit two homers to bring the postseason back to Pittsburgh for the first time in 20 years, it was the only time I ever shed a tear over a baseball game.
It would be nice if the Pirates did something for him and he could retire as a Pirate. Like a one day contract at the end of the season
Don't know all the details but Neal should have stayed with the Pirates. I felt like Alverez was a bad influence on Neal, became all about money. PA was a cancer on the team he and his devil of a agent Boras were disaster for the Pirates.

The people sitting across the table from and on the other end of the phone from Boras aren't exactly Mother Theresa, either....
Regardless, Josh Bell not exactly setting any worlds on fire down there in DC so far. Two HR, .140.

Rough outing today for Trevor Williams. 2 2/3 innings and he gave up 6 runs to the Reds. He gave up three homers in the third inning.

With a performance like that, he could slot right into the Pirates #3 spot in the rotation.

Yep him along with Cahill and Keller would be a undynamic trio
