A thousand was my guess as well. I've never seen so many empty seats.

Come on, agree with me, help me out here.

Attendance is heavily affected by what happens in the offseason. That's when season tickets are bought.

So if they want to fix the empty seats problem, they HAVE to make some kind of a splash in the free agent market.

nope, attendance totals are for tickets sold only. The tickets the Bucs are giving to teachers won't count either.

Wednesday night attendance 13,073

drops average to 18,698 and total goes to 1,402,380

Does tickets sold include season tickets, or other people who pay but don't actually come to the game in question?

I know it includes season tickets and I guess any ticket that is sold.

I ask because it doesn't look from TV that there were that many people in the stands. Empty seats everywhere. But my view is only limited and I'm no judge of crowds anyway.
