Yep, but will he be $200 million type talent? From what I have read on MLBTRs scouts seem to think he might be a better pitcher rather than hitter. Guess we will see in time how he works out.

I saw where the Braves were about to set a bunch of their recent signings back "into the wild" as part of punishment for their shady dealings. So maybe when this Otani pipedream doesn't come to pass there could still be some interesting INT movement coming up here.

Bucs should make a serious offer. Everybody says AL has an edge with DH, but he could play RF for Bucs 4 days a week, and Polanco becomes the fourth OF. Maybe he likes playing the field! Solves two problems, an extra SP and a fourth outfielder in one fell swoop. Give him the day off from playing the field before each start, and other days off as needed.

I think he wants to pitch and play the field from what I read. Where can he do both of those things? And I don't know if that means as a starting pitcher or a bullpen arm.
