The Yankees designated for assignment Clint Frazier. I wonder if he is a player the Bucs should take a chance on. He has never lived up to his expectations, mostly due to injuries. He might be worth the risk!

I think he’s worth the risk. A change of scenery and a legitimate chance to start everyday might be just what he needs to reach those expectations. If he doesn’t work out, the Pirates haven’t lost anything.

I'll say no. Let him not live up to expectations due to injuries somewhere else. We have enough guys who don't live up to expectations.

I say yes only because the Pirates can have the most Fraziers having had played for them then any other franchise.

I’d love grabbing Frazier. He has more pedigree and potential than any other OF’er on the big league roster. Reynolds’s, obviously is better at this point…I get that. I’d let him play a corner OF spot until Swaggerty forces them to move him up from AAA. That should be long enough to know what you have in Frazier.

I might go for him if it is a MiLB contract. He only averages 60 games per year.

Have we not had many like him before not do a single thing once signed? I hate collecting prospect busts. Pass on Frazier.
