1. Adam Frazier (L) LF

2. Erik Gonzalez (R) SS

3. Bryan Reynolds (S) CF

4. Colin Moran (L) 1B

5. Gregory Polanco (L) RF

6. Josh Bell (S) DH

8. Kevin Newman (R) 2B

9. Jacob Stallings (R) C

    JT Brubaker (R) SP

I hope the spirit of "The Great One" is standing next to Polanco in RF tonight.  Polanco always wanted to play RF in Pittsburgh.

No moaning and groaning about the lineup from me tonight.  I do that in honor of Roberto.

I will moan and groan if they have Block doing the play by play. Especially after Bobster posting Gibson's No-No with Jim "Possum" Woods doing the middle innings broadcasting with Jack Buck.

Brown is doing the PBP. :)

Block will only be able to ruin in on radio.

I'm watching the national broadcast on Fox Sports. The announcer was talking about Hayes and said "the fans hope he sticks around for a long time."

This guy clearly has no idea how this franchise operates.

So true. >:( That's not even an option.

Why is Gonzalez being praised for throwing one-hoppers to 1B? Back in the Astro Turf era that hop off the turf was believed to speed up the ball. Now all it does is slow down the delivery to 1B. "The shortest distance between 2 points is a straight line." That also includes throws to 1B.

Error by dream outfielder Polanco leads to a run.  >:(

I suppose it's his .152 BA that keeps him in the lineup.

How would he know what fans think? None are there.

We've seen so many panflashers come and go. What happened to "seeing what he has"? Seems to have disappeared when it's inconvenient to say it.

How sad that the Pirates couldn't muster even a trace of competitiveness on Clemente night.
