Are you sure you want to go there?  By your calculations, 10 of the 28 teams listed above (that's more than a third of all major league clubs) haven't signed a player you rate above a 2.5.  That's improvement?

Are you sure you want to go there?  By your calculations, 10 of the 28 teams listed above (that's more than a third of all major league clubs) haven't signed a player you rate above a 2.5.  That's improvement?
