I hope this injury doesn't turn him into a guy who doesn't hit well, field well, or run the bases well.

Although they expect him to be ready for ST, just in case, it is now necessary to acquire a fourth outfielder to fill in if Polanco is not completely ready for ST or when the season begins. I am also of the opinion that the DH will be used in both leagues this year, so it wouldn’t hurt to acquire or sign a player who has hitting ability.

PSSSTTTT ... we needed to acquire a fourth anyway. Now, a fifth is needed.
