I'm giving YOU a 5 for that last line.
I'm giving the Padres 3.75 for Snell. Round it to a 4 if you want. Take away his one dynamite season...... He should get to a 5, but right now, I'd say no.
The Rays get a 1, a dump, and give the AL- East clubs a better chance to catch up.
Must be tough going from Tampa to sunny San Diego.

Weather part is debatable. Certainly they have us in the winter, but you know, January and February universally suck everywhere in the northern hemisphere. Unless you're a snow bunny, then I guess you're living the dream.
They also have the gulf, which is awesome. But they only have one gulf. We have three rivers. And right after it rains, Chartiers Run in Lower Burrell is pretty fun to play in, if you can forget the fact it probably traverses around some possible leaky septic systems. Flows right into the Allegheny. Take a pee into Chartiers, it makes it's way to the great Mississippi River, and to the aforementioned Gulf.
