Looks like we need to "Strive for 6" in this last homestand. That is the 5th overall draft choice next June.

The only redeeming feature of this post-ASB break would be to sweep the Cubs and get Maddon fired.

Maddon is gone no matter what the Cubbies do the rest of the season. I want the high draft choice so TBMTIB can screw it up!

Through 5 innings the Cubs have only 1 run. But the Pirates have no hits.

Holy Smokes! I thought the Pirates lost 9-2 till I read your note and checked scores! I haven’t watched a game on TV In a month or more. How about that, the Pirates won a game....
