No idea why we keep sending Frazier out there at leadoff. I had high hopes. It's not working out.

Tucker hit .364 when leading off and .111 batting 8th. The logical thing would be to put Tucker back at #1. But these are the Pirates so......

I’m not about to defend Archer, but I hope this umpire has a similarly tight zone when our guys are hitting.



In other news...what the heck was Marte doing? He was dogging it in center and were it not for a great play from Reynolds, that ball would have fallen in.

Welp, seeing as how Archer rung up Pederson, didn’t get the call, and had to get four outs that inning, I’ll consider that a mild success.

Reynolds with a two run bomb. That kid's a good ball player. I love that he had a green light on 3-0. I’ve never understood why guys watch a get me over fastball go right down the middle only to ground into a 6-4-3 DP with a 3-1 count.
