If anyone ever needed to come through at that moment it was Tommy Pham. I don’t know of anyone getting off to a worse start and it had to feel awful to have your home town fans boo you at the opener during introductions. Booing the players at the opener was chicken sh..

Could be worse, guys. Bucs have a better record than Colorado,

I think the people were actually booing Cherington through Pham for signing him and doing nothing else in the offseason. I don’t know what the fans were thinking, though.
