Best part of today’s game- it’s the first day of trout season so I missed the game. Got a hook in my finger; less painful than watching these guys.
Any truth to the rumor that the Pirates are changing the team name to the Pittsburgh Hapless (and hitless) Clowns?

okay, you got a hook in a finger but how many trout did you catch? I'm pretty sure you had trout for dinner tonight.

At this point, I don't see how Ben C. could have any, I repeat any thoughts, that this team could be a contender. So he basically lied all off season again.

Of course he lied. They all lie. This quote came from Nutting just a couple of days ago: "What I want them to know is that I share that (winning), working every day to put a winner and a championship team out here on this field. We did a lot of that work over the offseason."

What has Bob Nutting done in the past nine years that shows he's working everyday to put a winner on the field? What work was done over this past offseason to put a championship team on the field? They can't cover-up lies like these when every year the team ends up with a losing record. Or when they flat out refuse to obtain a single legitimate position player from outside the organization who can help fill just one of the numerous holes on the field.
