I have to go with Shelton. 84 pitches, a no hitter, only one more start for the season till vacay, and he goes to the pen. I see no reason here for him to take out Keller. It isn't about one guy, I understand that.

Yeah, there was just no reason to turn the game over the BP at that point. Shelton could have let Keller start the 7th and pull him if he gave up a hit or finish the inning. At 84 pitches, he probably would not hit the magic 100 by the end of the inning. And if he had a quick 7th he could have started the 8th. At 84 thru 6 innings, it was unlikely he would finish. But that doesn't mean he had to be removed ahead of time. IMHO, Shelton has repeatedly demonstrated very poor judgment the entire season.
