MLB.com is reporting that they're most likely looking at Moore and Odorizzi. Could this just be a Theo ploy to drive the price up for other teams? (Too cynical?)

Are these auditions for 2nd base? They don't need another starter for a while, so a position player makes sense. But why bring up Moroff who's scuffling at the plate this year, especially recently, when Bell would be a much better bat off the bench? Surely, they don't need the MiF depth.
