From the talk in the NY press, Torres was about as untouchable as a prospect can get. Clint Frazier comes up as a guy they could move though. Maybe him, Kaprielian, and another #20-30 prospect?

So, the word was that we had a deal in place, and that he was coming to Pittsburgh to sign it on Thursday (yesterday). Yet here we are on Friday evening. No press release. No press conference. No signing - apparently.



Anyone heard anything?

Really tough break (no pun intended ) for the young man. Hopefully he can get back healthy and make some more progress this season. His bat was starting to come along. But he's already lost a good bit of time thanks to the labrum tear.
