Except for a two out single, Ramirez does a nice job, getting a pair of strikeouts. Onto the 9th, Bucs down by five.

Endy grounds out. Two quickly gone.

Joe pops out to start the 8th. I’m no longer delusional that the Bucs will comeback.

No more damage by the Mets in the 7th. Onto the 8th, the Mets leading 8-3.

A Rivas error and a single gets the Mets their 8th run.

Hernandez in to pitch and Alonso likely puts the game out of reach with a HR. 7-3 Mets. McNeil follows with a walk.

Admittedly, my faith in him has begun to waiver. He’s still fairly inexperienced but I’d hoped by now he’d have shown some improvement. He strikes out, especially looking, far too much.
