I am a big believer of this trade. Both mcguire and ramirez were blocked for at least the next three years and they got toronto to take a crap pitcher with a huge salary. No one knows what mcguire and ramirez will do. At this point it is total conjecture.

Felipe Rivero and Taylor Hearn. I like the trade. Rivero slots in the 7th inning slot and either watson or feliz closes. Hearn looks like he has plus stuff.

I would think it would be in the Pirates best interest to trade Melancon as he can be replaced. They will need to make a move next year anyways, so you may as well get something in return.

The only option should be to trade Niese to the Oriioles for Pedro so it takes the heat off of Locke
