Bucs settle for one run in the first.

I have seen bigger crowds at a Wildwood High School Baseball Game.

People vote with their dollars, and they’re averse to voting for Bob Nutting’s way of doing business.

Two out singles by Cruz and Bart go for naught. 1-0 Bucs after two.

Falter pitches into and then out of trouble to keep the hated Brewers off the board in the third. Still 1-0 Bucs by the hair on their chinny chin chins.

Pretty standard stuff actually. I always used to joke I could get everyones phone number, address, and email in about an hour most Mon-Thurs games in the spring. It's a love hate thing going to games like this. I like it when the team does well in front of a large crowd, but at the same time, these crowds are pretty much the real fan base, and the best people to be around. They aren't the usual "Nutting sucks" as if that's some revelation. They just talk what's happening that night in front of them, no Bay trade revisited, no salary dump of Liriano, just pure "this is our team" stuff.

Tomorrow night might get near 12-15 with dollar dog night!

A McCutchen leadoff single is wasted. Through three, Bucs 1 Brewers 0.
