To the contrary, the Bucs go down on seven pitches in the 5th. Still 2-0 Pirates.

Phils get a run back on a double and an infield single. 2-1 Bucs as we go to the 6th.

Bucs down on nine pitches in the 6th. Whatever happened to working the pitchers into long counts? 2-1 Pirates.

Hernandez takes over for Falter and will face the top of the Phils order.

Hernandez gets the first two hitters then gives up a double to Harper. Ortiz in to relieve.

Shelton strikes again. Pulls Falter after 5 strong innings and now has to hope the BP can pitch as well as the guy they replaced. Shelton appears to make his pitching decisions prior to the game (e.g., 5 innings for Falter) and doesn't let performance affect them. Hopefully, the BP will not let the game get away. But you never know what'll happen when you pull someone doing well and take a chance on someone else.

Ortiz does the job as Realmuto flies out. To the 7th, Bucs still lead 2-1.

Somehow, Davis scored when Hayes struck out. Game Day not very clear. 3-1 Bucs, Reynolds at third, two outs.

Olivares walks, leaving it to McCutchen.
