International signings

Post by JollyRoger8 »

Very disappointing that the Pirates with one of the highest International money pools were only able to sign the 38th and the 50th top prospects. They don’t even invest wisely in this opportunity

aren't some of the top 50 still available? I think they could get at least one more and possibly two but just not announced yet.

Yes
There are still players available but only 1 of the top 26 is still unsigned. You would think the Bucs would get one of the top 10

What good would that do for the Pirates and their fans, since they don't have anybody capable of leading the Int'l Scouting Dept? Even if they would find a diamond in the rough, they don't have anything near a capable development system from the MLB to the Dominican Summer Leagues.

This is year 5 of BC and his management team. Nutting has to clean house! Will he do it again?
Let's Go Bucs
