There aren't enough expletives in the English language to properly express how I feel about this.

Yeah. It's been a crazy few days with this Jagr nonsense.
It ending like this somehow validates all the crazy.

I figured he would just go back to Russia.  This is even better!

1)  this sucks for us.

2)  it's like the flyers are trying to be the worst team in the league.

Not sure we will miss Talbot, I am not sure about that deal either, he did not look very good when he played last year.

While Talbot was ok to have around - in the words of George Forman "I'm not gonna pay a whole lot for that muffler".

Jagr climbs to the top of the Most Hated heap in Pittsburgh Sports.  Can't wait for the Pens/Cryers games this season.

Mike Rupp has also signed...with the Rangers.

Pens have signed 36 yr. old Steve Sullivan. Late of the Nashville Predators.
22 Pts in just 44 games last season. 51 the year before. Will kill penalties, energy guy. I'll take him all day over Talbot.
Maybe play on the 2nd line 2nd PP as well

I don't know Jagr, of course. Yet this decision does not shock me at all.

The Pens don't need Jagr and all the baggage he carries.  Remember he wanted out of the Burgh some years ago.  He is almost 40 but acts like he is 12.

As for Talbot, not to worry, he was not that well liked in the locker room from what I heard on the FAN.

As for Rupp, he is the one of the three that they will miss the most because of his size and 3rd line play.

signing Jagr is most likely kiss of death for Flyers. Couldn't have happened to a better team.
