yeah totally took the game over at the end...but no way Jamie Dixon can leave anyone in the lane for that second FT...at that point you are allowing the refs to have a chance for a makeup call if theres any contact...that being said we have to get a shot on that last possession and Nasir Robinson can't foul there

Pitt could have, should have won the game. But there were so many screwy calls during the game and the majority of them seemed to favor Butler. ^&&$#@#@! Head Shake

That charge they called on Gil Brown is still eating at me.  Pitt was starting to roll over Butler late in that game and that charge completely opened the door for Butler to comeback from down 5.

Yep. Pitt should have won that game and we knew Pitt could beat UConn. One thing Pitt lacked this year was a shutdown defender. But...Still....

There were two god awful charge calls in a row, including that Gil one, that really ended up being about a 7 point swing. Pitt could have been up 7-9 points with 7 mins left, and I think would have won going away.

Let's not also forget the fake elbow in the first half.
