Question for Board, Anybody Seen a Decent Free Agent Tracker

I admit to being far, far out of the loop concerning the current state of MLB web sites with readily available information. But does anyone know a Web Site currently available with a MLB Free Agent Tracker?
Either I'm really growing incompetent or neither MLB or ESPN both of which I thought always had a Free Agent Tracker available aren't carrying that information currently.
Secondly, if anybody remembers a post from last fall referencing a new baseball book called something like, "THE GAMES NEXT BIG CHALLENGE - HIGH TECH WOODEN BATS", I would greatly appreciate that information.
I've already done quite a bit of research trying to find anything such as this title in multiple book data bases and only to date found a few older book published on the subject that largely deal with the changing composition of bats IE ash to maple and the evolution of the bats shape into today's thin handled larger sweat spot barrel.
I know I'm not going completely crazy because I printed text from the original post which referenced when Sammy Sosa had a bat break several years ago and super balls were found in the hollowed out barrel. That incident happened after either of the other books I've found on this subject were printed so they obviously were not the source of this material. Of course, Sammy's cork was low tech, the high tech bats are just about impossible to break anywhere in the barrel period.
I've found a couple newspaper articles concerning the new generation of lamenents which might somebody receive MLB approval but remain today in use only in "recreational leagues - usually for senior players who can't handle a 32 inch - 29 ounce bat but can enjoy the game swinging a 32 inch - 23 ounce wooden bat.
First learned of these high tech wooden bats in "wooden bat tournaments" which my sons played in during their Little League days several years ago. Still laugh out fact we older former players somehow managed to play Little League and enjoy it swinging bats 30 inch to 34 inch weighing 27 to 31 ounces or more. Maybe we weren't all that bad a generation of ball players. LOL
With 50 around the corner, I want to research the equipment available. I am looking forward to again playing baseball with a wooden bat if I can find a Seniors League which will take me.
Thanks in Advance
Rick

I got turned on to it by a guy in one of my fantasy leagues. Sometimes I forget how much stuff is available there...
