I would guess an announcement will be made soon on the replacement for Lanny. I would expect the new announcer will be involved with the PirateFest weekend which will be in late January. It appears if an announcement is not made before Christmas, it will happen shortly after the new year.

Greg Brown has been th emain guy at the last few Piratesfest.  Bringing in a new guy at the time would be a good idea to meet everyone, but not for the festivities.  Brown is the man for now.
