More than a little bit better Steve.  But if Shero plays his cards right the young Pens will be much better off in the very near future with this humbling experience.  Then of course these young Pens could just surprise the heck out of the sports world and win three in a row including two in Hockeytown.

Detroit was better yes, but they were MUCH MORE EXPERIENCED and were oh so ready to obtain the Cup.  The Pens on the other hand had made it to the finals in a year when they were supposed to make the Playoffs and survive a round or two. 

If you told me at the start we'd be in the Cup playing for it, I'd have laughed and said that would be great, considering how we had been thrashed from the previous playoffs.

We will go down the road again and will play for that Cup.  Next time though, it's ours!
