I would do three things.
1. Hire a personal hitting coach for Pedro
2. Hire a personal trainer for Pedro
3. Hire a personal nutritionalist for Pedro

I think these have already been done.  They hired Hurdle right?  And Pedro or the team took care of #2 and #3, he was in good shape last year and looked to be in exceptional shape a few weeks ago.

If Alvarez was in good shape last year, who was that lard butt with the man boobs playing 3B for the Pirates, and whiffing 1/3 of the time?

No clue.  I did not watch many East Carolina games to know if they had one.  Clearly you did not watch many Pittsburgh Pirate games.

I watched every televised game. Every pitch. Which mean I probably saw 78 of Alvarez's 80 Ks, last year. And I watched how me moved at 3B like his feet were stuck in buckets of cement.

Are you sure it was the Pittsburgh Pirates?  Your claims about the shape Alvarez was in last year are inaccurate.  Alvarez has only really been close to what you described one since the Pirates signed him.
