Name a player the Pirates sign, or extend, that gives them an actual score from Shedman and the esteemed panel on the off season thread. For the player to win, he has to grade out on the esteemed panel average of at least a score of 0.5.
The contest will end when the Pirates either sign a player, or by the start of the first actual regular season game played. So get your picks in now! Just name a player, you don't have to say how it's going to happen, but if it's via trade, free agency, or an extension that merits a rating, you win!
