Stallings defense and pitch calling

is there evidence that Stallings is a very good pitch framer and defensive catcher compared to other MLB catchers?

The Bucs site on MLB.com has an Adam Berry article on Bucs starting pitching and it includes this line:

[highlight]They retained catcher Jacob Stallings and signed the similarly defensive-minded Luke Maile, betting that improved game-calling and framing will help their pitchers.[/highlight]

Is it realistic to expect much improvement just because Stalling will play more? He started 53 games in 2019 and may double that to 106 or so in 2020 (hard to imagine many more games than that).
